DocHub does not currently host or store customer data in EU centers. Some businesses requiring GDPR compliance my need to sign a copy of our Data Processing Addendum.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Our Information Security Team rapidly investigates all reported security issues. If you believe you've discovered a vulnerability in DocHub's security, please submit this vulnerability through our bug bounty program.

Our bug bounty program is hosted on HackerOne at hackerone.com/airslate_inc. The program currently requires an invitation to access. To get an invitation, simply email [email protected] and our auto-response will reply to you with an invitation link.

To ensure security and a proper response from our team, please submit security vulnerabilities only through our HackerOne program described above.
