Overview
This agreement represents an agreement between the Doula and Doula coach that
establishes ground rules for a mentorship relationship with the aim of supporting the doula to
succeed in their career goals and growing their Doula skills.
Goals
1. Explore ways to connect with the
local birth community
2. Learn effective networking strategies
3. Develop client attraction strategies
4. Doula business development
Specifications
The Doula will be granted access to the trainer’s private Wix group for three months minimum
where tips and business strategies are shared. When appropriate, the doula will have access
to shadow the trainer during client meetings. Client information must remain confidential.
Information/ resources shared in the private Wix group may not be shared elsewhere.
Evaluation, Compensation & Termination
At the conclusion of 3-months mentorship, the doula agrees to provide a written testimonial
about the program which may be used for promotional and advertising purposes. Minimum of
3 sentences. The fee for coaching is _______ per month and paid for by 3 months. In the
event that either party finds the mentoring relationship unproductive, it may be terminated with
30 days written notice.
