DMS Material Pick-up and Drop-off Procedures

In the mail, each DMS family can expect a letter listing any DMS property each child is expected to

return. The list may include any textbooks, library books or other supplies lent out by DMS. If your child

was supplied with a Chromebook, he or she may hold onto the device until September. Please adhere to

the following schedule to ensure that the process is completed smoothly and efficiently. Families are

asked to arrive at DMS alphabetically, following the schedule below.

**If you arrive at a time other than when you are scheduled, your items will not be ready for pick-up.**

As you enter the DMS parking lot, the line will split into two lines in order to speed up the collection of

materials (see map below). DMS security will assist in managing the lines of cars. There will be three

stations for each car to stop. The first station will return all hall locker and PE locker possessions for

each student. Station two will distribute Summer Math, ELA, and DHS Accelerated History assignments.
