Student Agreement
Institute for Coaching Excellence
This document outlines the Agreement between (“The
Student”), and Institute for Coaching Excellence LLC (“The IFCE”).
Course Description: 65 Hour IFCE Certified Coach Training Program (Level 1 – ACC Track)
Initial Term: Spring 2026 (start date pending 6 enrolled students)
Tuition & Fees: The price for the IFCE’s Level 1 IFCE Certified Coach Training Program is $3,500.
This includes $300 in enrollment fees to secure your spot in the class. All tuition payments will incur
a $10 processing fee. The Student will pay the $300 enrollment fee after signing this agreement and
will pay tuition with: (SELECT ONLY ONE OPTION);
A one-time payment made in full A 4-month payment plan ($810.00 per month)

party payment in full A 6-month payment plan ($543.34 per month)
Session Time: Tuesdays, 4:00 – 7:00 pm MT
Classes will be closed for major holidays, including the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New
Year’s, 4
th
of July, and Memorial Day. We will coordinate with students for sessions that fall on other
religious, cultural, and international holidays.
General Provisions
1. The student understands that the IFCE Certified Coach Training Program is aligned with
the International Coaching Federation’s approach to coaching (ICF). As an ICF-aligned
and Level 1 coach training program, our coaching philosophy and instruction is based on
the ICF’s definition of coaching – “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and
creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
The student understands that the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and ACC
Markers are foundational to our program and inform our instructional approach.
Students are expected to ground their unique coaching style and approach in these
foundational documents while participating in our program. It is expected that Student
has reviewed these documents and confirmed alignment before signing this agreement.
3. The student acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of
mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. The student
understands that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or
substance abuse treatment and will not use it in place of treatment or therapy.
6. The student understands that IFCE Instructors are not qualified to provide financial,
