Summer Camp 2025 Parent Agreement
Welcome!
We’re excited to welcome your student(s) to the Team Nitro MMA SEALTeam Summer Camp!
Our team is preparing for an action-packed summer filled with fun, enrichment, and meaningful
connections. It takes all of us—staff, families, and community—to make this a memorable and successful experience.
Please carefully review the information below. To finalize your child's enrollment, you must complete and return this
agreement and all required forms.
General Camp Information
Location:
Impact Christian Academy
9501 Arlington Expressway, Suite 2B (use school entrance near the theater, not the church)
Camp Dates:
June 2, 2025 – July 18, 2025
Scheduled Camp Closures:
• June 19 – Juneteenth
• July 4 – Independence Day
• July 7–11 – Mid-Summer Break
Camp Hours:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Please do not arrive for drop-off before 8:25 AM.)
Cost Per Student:
• $25 Camp Fee
• $25 One-Time Registration Fee
• $10 Field Trip Fee
Total: $60 per student
(All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before your student’s first day of attendance.)

What’s Included
• One (1) uniform T-shirt (additional shirts available for purchase)
• A safe, supportive environment with programming in:
• Basic MMA training,
• Literacy, Math & STEM enrichment,
• Spanish language exposure,
• Art therapy and more.
• All field trips, guest speakers, and special events
• Daily lunch and snack are provided (please report any known allergies upon enrollment)
• Students are encouraged to bring a personal water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day
• Students may bring a personal lunch or snack if preferred; however, families should note:
• There is no access to refrigeration or heating
• All items must be safely packed and stored in a lunchbox or labeled container
