ZEAL REFERRAL
LEAD GENERATION AGREEMENT
This Referral Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into _____________________ (the “Effective Date”), and is
made between ZEAL Remote Community, LLC with its principal place of business at 6841 Oberon Road, Arvada
CO 80004 (“ZEAL”) and FULL NAME, an Individual with their principal place of business/address at
___________________________________________________________________________________ (“REF”).
ZEAL and REF are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
RECITALS
A. ZEAL is in the business of destination marketing, tourism, hospitality, community development, product
promotion, retreats, events, conferences and destination and business consulting of remote working and
sustainable tourism. Our marketing, sponsorships and promotions are with aligned partners with values to impact
the world in a positive, collaborative, and repeatable manner. Marketing and Promotion can take shape in the way
of but is not limited to: Online Inventory, Ads, Communities, Events, Retreats, Resources & Checklists, ZEAL’s
Featured Products, Social Media mentions, ads, collaborations, videos, photography, brochures, downloadable
PDFs, to physical representation on fliers, banners, welcome packets, swag bags, digital display, and more
(“ZEAL Services”).
B. REF has represented to ZEAL that it has or may have in the future referrals for sales of ZEAL Services
(“Referral”), and ZEAL and REF wish to have a process and agreement to provide remuneration to REF by ZEAL
for Referrals that result in a closed ZEAL Services sale, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
D. Capitalized terms not defined where first used, are defined in Section 6 of this Agreement.
The Parties agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
1. Scope and Purpose of Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for the timing, amount and
process of remuneration to REF by ZEAL for closed ZEAL Services sales during the Term.
2. Term. The initial term of this Agreement (the “Term”) will commence on the Effective Date and continue for a
period of one (1) year, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, or otherwise
extended by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
3. Responsibilities of REF. REF will make an introduction to ZEAL of a prospective partner or sponsor that may
have alignment. Written communication will be made to either Decision Maker established in Exhibit A to be
deemed a qualified lead.
4. ZEAL Services Opportunity Notice and Qualification Process.
A. REF shall provide to the ZEAL contact designated in Exhibit A written notice, which may be in the form of email
communication (the “Notice”) that identifies a specific ZEAL Services opportunity, including all information
surrounding such opportunity. ZEAL shall promptly review the Notice and respond with any questions or
additional information needed.
B. The Notice shall identify specific information surrounding the ZEAL Services opportunity, including without
limitation the name(s) and contact information for the prospect, type(s) of ZEAL Services desired, dates of
deployment and the like. ZEAL will have reasonable opportunity to promptly review the Notice to determine
whether a Pre-existing Relationship exists with respect to the prospect.
