Motion to Ratify Financial Management Committee (FMC) Decisions

Whereas, the Financial By-laws govern the day-to-day financial business of the AUS;
Whereas, the FMC approves AUS budgets, approves changes to AUS budgets, oversees the
financial business of the Association, and administers the Journal, Sp ecial Projects,
Supplementary a nd Ethical Procurement and Sustainability funds;
Be it resolved, that :
1. The April 4, 2023 FMC decisions attached in Appendix A be ratified.
