○ Checked in with my team about their exit-reports, stipend payments info, other stuff.

○ Sat on Lauren’s Interviews & gave suggestion on interview questions and portfolio.

○ Sent an online motion & it got rejected (Online Quorum was not met).

○ Numbers of majors, minors, and departments updated by Webmaster and I:

● French Conversation Circle (FCC)/French Commissioners
○ Had a meeting and discussed on what to improve for next year.
○ Wrote a letter for a student’s professor to attest that they attended FAC.

○ Posters: Approved Posters, Removed a few
○ Listserv, as per usual
■ Sent mass email about lockers & reimbursements
● Reinbursements for AUS - due FRIDAY, APRIL 14, 2023 @ 11:59 PM
● Lockers must be cleaned by FRIDAY, APRIL 21, 2023 @ 12:00 PM
○ Social Media: posted and shared community event updates
○ Gave social media giveaway winners their vouchers.
