- Working on recruitment for 2023-2024
- Conducting interviews for new co-president candidates
- Preparing exit reports
External:
- Ordered tote bags for department executives and professors
- Conducted interview for podcast series with professor
- Preparing exit report
Events:
- Held a paint night on November 24th, 2022, with a guest artist
- Held a speaker series event over Zoom over the week of March 13
- Held a sale of old merchandise
- Preparing exit report
Internal and Student Rep:
- Planning podcast series with AHCSSA professors
- Attended monthly AHCS Departmental Meetings
- Liaised between AHCS students and faculty and made frequent announcements to
keep department members updated on AHCSSA events
Communications:
- Rebranded the Instagram to have a more cohesive theme
- Promoted our events through Instagram stories and posts (thank you to other
departmental associations for sharing these posts!)
Finance:
- Ordered tote bags for executives and professors
- Managed merchandise sale with other executives - exceeded our projected profit
- Submitted successfully approved reimbursement requests and funding applications
