General
● Tabled Activities Night for ASUS & FASC
● Tabled Open House 2022 with Faculty of Science
President
● Set up goals for the society
○ Shaping ASUS into a more cohesive & well-rounded organisation (equity &
governing documents)
○ Transparency for our student body (website & information sharing)
○ Departmental communication & collaboration
● Held departmental meetings (SASSS, SACS, MESS) to touch base in September
● Have been taking care of room bookings for meetings
○ SASSS department
○ Academic Committee
○ Equity Committee
● Organised a team bonding Executive retreat
○ Hoping to make it a yearly tradition for the ASUS
● Organised Council headshots
● Working with the SSMU President’s Roundtable on the inter-faculty relations plan
● Working with Arts & Science Director on long-term planning for ASUS/Arts & Science
○ Gathered student concerns at the ArtSci welcome back event in October
○ Wil meet formally next week with VP Academic

● Handled the audits & budget for full year for AUS & SUS
● Created a reimbursement form & reimbursing people
● Applied for the Student Space Improvement Fund (SSIF) for our ASUS office/lounge
