General Updates:
Co-Presidents:
● All of the interviews are booked for the remaining vacant positions
○ Projected to finish by this friday
● Starting to look at the clothing catalogue, experiencing a lot of demand
VP External:
● “Psychedelic Halloween” social event this Friday, Oct. 28th
● Activities, food, “get-to-know-you”
VP Internal:
● Working on the tutoring program, so far successful matchups have been made
VP Academic:
● Looking to reinvigorate the mentorship program
○ Hiring a mentorship coordinator
● Data Camp for Psychology students
○ Lots of demand, well received
● New “Certified Note Seller” program (small “subscription” fee)
○ Prevents note-selling scamming
VP Communications:
● Working on publicising monthly reports for execs on the website
VP Finance:
● Finalising our budget
NTC Coordinators:
● We have to rehire for this position, currently only one coordinator
● NTC’s have not been appointed as of right now
