● AUS Elections
○ It went well! Voting turnout increased
■ 2022 Turnout: 884 (10.2%) of 8672 electors voted in this ballot.
■ 2023 Turnout: 1102 (13.1%) of 8434 electors voted in this ballot. +3.1% increase from last
year! YAY!! :D I think the giveaway helped!
● Picked 5 random winners, they were emailed and got their vouchers
○ Made the Elections results post poster on socials, congrats to everyone in the elections!
○ SUMS
■ They asked for the mathematics email list and sent it to them!
● Exit Report
○ Started typing during March Break, almost finished by now.
○ Will start recording a YouTube video tutorial this week.
○ Congratulations to Lauren Hickens! :D
● AUS Website/Translators
○ We are still counting the numbers! Should be updated by this Friday!
○ Slowly updating translations in FR… (see new Students Info, Academic Rights,
Internships & Research, and Services) - Update by this Friday.
● French Conversation Circle (FCC)/French Commissioners
○ FCC: Every Tuesday from 7:15 PM-8:15 PM back of Arts Lounge
○ Attended March 7: Low turnout (3), March 14: (TBD)
● Fine Arts Commissioners (FAC):
○ Attended FAC meeting on Tuesday at 6:00 PM with VP Finance (@mcgill.fine.arts)
○ FAC Fund: Sent email and reviewing committee (TBD) sometime this week or next week,
depending on availability with Riya + FAC
○ Art Show: March 21 at 6-9PM at MacDonald Harrington Building!
■ Come see some cool artworks submitted by students!!
