General Business of the Arts Representatives
- Attended weekly AUS excomm meetings
- Attended SSMU Legislative Council on October 25
- Special LC to ratify SSMU referendum questions
- One on the renewal of the Sustainability Fund
- Outcome: passed
- One on the renewal of the McGill Daily fee
- Outcome: passed
- Also passed a motion making our lives easier (AUS councillors only have to
present one joint report per semester rather than one each)
- Attended SSMU Legislative Council on November 3
- Motion to allow McGill news outlets to campaign for their own fee renewal
referendum questions
- Outcome: subcommittee formed to make amendments, will be
re-presented next LC
- 3 new members nominated to the board - SSMU is now functioning in
accordance with the constitution
- Continued collaborative work with SSMU reps from other faculties to address food
affordability on campus
- Consultation with Midnight Kitchen - going to help them with a fee renewal
referendum question next semester
- Planning other consultations!

Library Improvement Fund: No updates
FIS: Meeting this week with Risan to further cement bill regarding food prices on campus
Curriculum Committee: Passed an approval of 15% online classes for professors, no updates
yet on faculty separation, argued on behalf of accepting online courses
General: Attended meetings.
