● Cleaned the posters on Leacock 2nd floor and Leacock Basement
○ All posters require AUS approval. I will clear all the posters without
approval.
○ Met up with Campus Security + Andrea Gore about propaganda/hate
posters being hung up on campus.
■ IF YOU SEE ANY PROPAGANDA/HATE POSTERS in Arts-W, Leacock,
Leacock Basement, or Ferrier:
● Take pictures for proofs
● Keep the original poster and drop it o at our oce
● If it goes far, it can go straight to the police
● Met up with Hamza for Voltaic Photos x AUS Giveaway Competition
○ He explained to me the concept that many students are not aware that
they can take their grad pictures. By the time many students found out
by March-April, it goes hectic and at the last minute… many books it
late, or found out late and it's too late by then.

■ We choose the winner by a draw (make it fair and square)

● Fine Arts Commissioners:
○ Our FAC are hired, and waiting on their contracts.
● Cleaned the AUS Oce on Sat, Nov 5, 2022, with the President + VP of Academic
○ On Friday, the oce got mopped (it looks more spacious and cleaner!!)
● Social Media + List Servs
○ Sent out ListServ (every Monday)
○ Posted AUS/Departmental Community updates on Instagram/IG Stories
○ Shared AUS related-events on Facebook
○ Tries to find real-life stories/events that happened for comics
