AUS Internal: Report for November 23rd
➢ Merch:
○ Totes will be restocked by the beginning of next semester at the latest
○ Rugby shirts are no longer available at our supplier and ordering them from
anywhere else is crazy expensive
■ Currently exploring alternative merch options
■ Meeting with Ghania soon to get this figured out
➢ Committees:
○ Reminder that committee allocations have been sent so please check your emails
○ Per our by-laws, departmental representatives at LC MUST be sitting on a
committee
■ If you have not been assigned a committee, please get in contact with me
ASAP
➢ FEARC
○ Applications sent out and posted on Instagram, currently receiving a lot of
interaction which is wonderful!
○ Applications close this weekend so if you know anyone who is interested, please
refer them pronto!
➢ Holiday Party:
○ Tentative date is Wednesday, December 7th from 8-11
○ Likely at Moose Bawr - just working on finalizing a contract now!
○ Invites will be sent out by next Wednesday and will be in your emails. When you
receive them, please make sure folks in your departmental exec team see them
as well!
