• Going through exit report and past AUS External emails to check previous
committee’s numbers + salaries, taking some time
• Working out fine details of salaries, role description, meeting intervals and
number of members, will be contacting Sec Gens tonight with details about
how I want the committees to look
• Keep an eye on emails for position applications
AUS Book Sale!
• Sophia has been in contact with the library to organise timings of the sale
• Tentatively set for the 24th February, but might be pushed until after the break
because Nick and I aren’t in MTL then.
• 120 books or so
• McLennan is coming down meaning all the books will have to be remove -
working on contacting library staff to arrange potential acquisition of books
that they otherwise would have gotten rid of

• First LC Report!
• Library Improvement Fund
• Faculty of Arts Council 2 hour session.
• SSMU LC - 6 hour session from 6-midnight last Thursday. Only about 7
motions covered. Session going on at present to cover other items on agenda
