● Cleaned the posters on Leacock 1st floor, Arts-W, and Leacock Basement
○ All posters require AUS approval. I will clear all the posters without
approval.
○ Still haven’t cleaned the 2nd-floor posters as I need to print out more AUS
poster notices.
● Went and help out at the McGill Open House on Sunday, October 23, 2022,
○ Showcase AUS and stickers
● Fine Arts Commissioners: Interviews are going to be done Wednesday before LC
○ There are two candidates
○ We will choose 1
○ We have one FAC hired
● AUS had a photoshoot
○ Exec group picture is being edited
○ Individual shots were taken as well

○ Updated the calendar website: Google Calendar that is accessible to the
public… AUS Calendar of Events – AUS McGill
■ Students can subscribe to the AUS calendar to be notified of
AUS-related events. We do not collect students’ emails and all
subscriptions are anonymous. The subscription link is public, so
students can subscribe to it here!
○ Found a plugin for translation, and we are slowly updating the website in
