Job Title: Associate (Resources Mobilisation), Treasury & Markets
Grade: Associate

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Treasury & Markets Resource
Mobilisation & Credit Rating Process Management
Responsible for: Fund Raising Activities and Planning for International and
Africa Resource Mobilisation
1. Vision & Purpose
The role is to help the Bank to achieve its mission “stimulating a consistent
expansion and diversification of African trade so as to rapidly increase Africa’s
share of global trade, while operating as a first class, profit oriented, socially
responsible financial institution and a centre of excellence in African trade
matters”. This will be by implementing optimally the Bank’s long-term funding
strategy at a minimum cost and by managing the Bank’s relationships with
investors and long-term creditors by providing them with appropriate information.
The role also supports the Treasurer through supervising the Bank’s credit rating
process as well as assuming some administrative duties within the Department.
