LELAND AT SOUTH CONGRESS
This letter shall serve as a Letter of Interest by the undersigned (“Registrant”) concerning a proposed
condominium project in Austin, Texas, contemplated to be named Leland at South Congress
and
contemplated to be developed by SoCo Development LP
(“Owner”). The proposed project is still in the
planning and design stage. Accordingly, neither condominium
unit prices nor unit boundaries have been
finalized for the project. In consideration of the Registrant completing this Letter of Interest and
depositing the sum of $

(the “Deposit”) with, and made payable to Heritage Title Company
of Austin, Inc. (c/o Mindy Hallford, 200 W. 6th St., Suite 1600, Austin,
Texas 78701, Ph: 512-505-5000,
email: [email protected]), the Owner agrees to include the
Registrant’s name within a “VIP
Contact List” for the purpose of contacting Registrant so that Registrant may participate in a
“Reservation Sales Program” for Leland at South Congress. It is understood that the
Owner’s sole
responsibility under this Letter of Interest will be to contact the Registrant at the address and
telephone
number shown below and advise the Registrant of the opportunity to participate in the Reservation
Sales Program (including the date, time, and place of any meetings scheduled for such purposes).
During this appointed time, Registrant will have the
opportunity to review floor plans and
preconstruction pricing. Registrant’s current condominium unit preferences include:
