Important Dates:
Counselor Appreciation Week is Feb. 4-8. We want to thank our counselors for all
that they do for our students at West!
Friday, Feb. 1-Wear favorite sports team jersey, sweatshirt, Shirt.
Friday, Feb. 8- Dress up day for 9th graders only. For the 9th grade class picture we
ask that the 9th graders “Dress Their Best.” Please remember that skin cannot be
showing if wearing pants with rips in them.
Feb. 12-14- The PTBC will be selling Candy Valentine Grams for $1.00 during both
lunches. The Valentine Grams will be delivered during 9th hour on those days. If you
would like to purchase a Valentine Candy Gram for your child, an order form will be
sent out next week. If you would like to donate suckers for the candy grams, please
drop them off in the main office by Feb. 12th. To go along with our Champion Theme
for the year, we are asking students to consider sending a Valentine Candy Gram to “a
person they think could use a little lift or bright spot in their day.” If we sell over 1,000
Candy Grams, students can have a free dress day on Friday, Feb. 15th. Thank you to
our PTBC.
Thursday, Feb. 14- Valentine Dance from 6pm-8:00pm. The theme is “Dress Up.”
The cost is $5.00 at the door and students must bring current school ID card. All of our
