("Products, Goods") by Evoline Ltd. ("we”, “us”, “the Company”) to professional clients
including salons, clinics, and other licensed practitioners (“Purchaser”). By placing an order,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. All Quotations given, and all orders received and
accepted are executed on the basis that the Purchaser is bound by these conditions of sale (the
“Terms and Conditions”).

you are authorized and legally permitted to operate such equipment in your jurisdiction. By
signing these terms and conditions you are confirming that you have the legally required
insurance in place to deliver laser hair removal treatments,

Our laser diode hair removal machines are for professional-use only devices. You are solely
responsible for:
• Ensuring all operators are properly trained and certified by Evoline Ltd.
• Complying with all relevant local and national regulations
• Conducting patch tests and following manufacturer safety protocols
• Using the machine in accordance with the training and user manual provided
• Ensuring the Product is maintained as instructed by Evoline Ltd. and serviced
annually
