Re: Introducing RYCOR Online Payments
Minneapolis Public Schools is pleased to advise that RYCOR Online Payments is now available for high school
athletic registration. Starting October 21, 2019, this convenient new tool is accessible via the following website:
https://www.studentquickpay.com/mpls/
This website is also linked from the Athletics websites at each of the high schools as well as the district athletics
website.
Methods of accepted payment include Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, and Electronic check (ACH).
How do I create an account?
1. Visit the Online Payment website: https://www.studentquickpay.com/mpls/
2. Click the Create Account button.
3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, E-Mail and Password.
4. Click on the Next button.
5. Click on the Add Students button.
6. For each student you would like to add to your parent account, enter in their Student ID and Last
Name.
7. Click on Done.
8. If you have multiple students in your family, click on the individual student tab to review their fees
and/or sign up for Athletic Programs.
9. Follow the numeric order of the registration forms to complete the process.
10. When ready, click on the shopping cart icon, to checkout and make your online payment.
11. You will need to check each activity to add the associated payment to your cart.
What are the costs associated with the new payment system?
There are no costs to parents for using the new online payment system. Parents will not be charged any
convenience fees when making a payment transaction. The District has decided to absorb all merchant service
and processing fees for the roll-out of this system.
Which MPS schools will have access to the new payment system?
Beginning with winter registration, students at all MPS high schools will be able to register and pay for
athletics participation using Rycor. Parents can log into the new payment system to submit online registration
forms and make a single online payment that covers multiple children at multiple schools.
Will my school continue to accept school fee payments by cash or check?
Yes. However, it is our long-term goal to have athletic-related fees paid using RYCOR Online Payments.
