LATE NIGHT BITES – FOOD SELECTION ADDENDUM
This Food Selection Addendum (“Addendum”) is part of the Late Night Bites Service
Agreement between The Main Event (“Company”) and Client.
This Addendum is used only to collect selections and prepare a custom price quote.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
Late Night Bites is a late-night food coordination service designed for weddings,
celebrations, and corporate events.
The Company coordinates food from third-party restaurants and provides delivery, setup, and
attendant service.
The Company does not prepare, cook, or manufacture food.
2. SERVICE TIME WINDOW
Late Night Bites service is intended to be provided after the main event or reception
concludes.
• Standard service includes up to two (2) hours
• Service typically occurs during a late-night window (example: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• The exact service time will be confirmed during the custom quote process
• Extended service time may be requested and quoted separately
