Terms & Conditions
Cancellations within 7 days of Initial Deposit payment receive a full refund; after 7 days, the Initial Deposit
payment is nonrefundable.
Signing party below understands that this INITIAL DEPOSIT AGREEMENT is designed to ensure a “lock” on
their chosen date and may be applied to the package of their choice if they move forward with their event.
In case of event cancellation, this deposit is nonrefundable. This agreement does not include all the terms of
service which will be outlined in detail in the complete wedding contract. Signing party also recognizes that
this is a non-refundable deposit, and event cancellation or failure to sign and return the complete wedding
contract does not o<er waiver of this right.
