Dear RPEL 3rd and 4th Grade Families,
Please take note of all the information pertaining to our Holiday concert on Monday, December
2nd at 7 PM. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
● Date/Time/Location
○ Monday, December 2nd at 7PM
○ The Rocket Centre for Performing Arts (1545 N Roberts Rd)
○ I would like students to arrive no earlier than 6:30 and no later than 6:50
○ Please drop off at the Giles Street entrance (near gym/fields) and park in that lot.
● Where to drop off
○ When entering the school, there will be an adult to greet you. Have your student
go to the cafeteria for check in. The first and second graders will be finishing up
their performance around 6:30, please wait till families have exited the auditorium
before entering and choosing seats. The upper balcony will be open as well. The
concert is free and open to all.
● Length of concert
○ The concert will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour
● Families with wheelchairs/limited mobility
○ There will be a section reserved for family members that are in wheelchairs or
have limited mobility. Please reach out via email to let me know if you are in
need of such a space.
● What should my student wear?
○ Students may dress as festive for the season as they would like. Please make
sure all clothing is school and weather appropriate. Students should have
comfortable shoes as they will be standing for a while. Students may wear Santa
hats, reindeer antlers, etc., if they wish.
● Where do I find my student after the concert?
○ Students will be walked back to the cafeteria and will be supervised as they wait
there to be picked up.
● What if my child is sick or we have a family emergency?
○ Please notify me by email as soon as you know that you will miss. This will allow
us to cover any solos/special acts that are happening in the show.
