Premier Curb Care – Customer Agreement & Liability Waiver
1. Service Agreement
By booking services with Premier Curb Care, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Premier Curb Care provides mobile trash bin cleaning, curbside sanitation, and seasonal
property maintenance services. All services are performed at the customer’s property
during scheduled visits. Customers must allow access to outside water spigots and electrical
outlets.
The customer understands that services may vary slightly based on weather conditions,
access to bins or driveway, and property conditions.
2. Pricing & Service Variability
The customer acknowledges that:
- Some services (including driveway shoveling and winter services) are subject to final
pricing based on size, depth of snow, and property conditions
- “Starting at” pricing may be adjusted before service begins if conditions differ from
standard expectations
- Any price changes will be communicated and confirmed prior to work being performed
3. Access & Customer Responsibility
The customer agrees to:
- Ensure trash bins are accessible at the time of service
- Provide clear and safe access to driveways or service areas when applicable
- Remove any personal items or obstacles that may prevent service completion
Premier Curb Care is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to blocked access
or unsafe conditions.
4. Weather & Scheduling Policy
The customer understands that:
- Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather conditions
- Winter services (snow/ice removal) are dependent on safety conditions
- Premier Curb Care reserves the right to adjust routes or timing for efficiency and safety
5. Liability Waiver
By booking service, the customer agrees that:
- Premier Curb Care is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, including but
not limited to cracks, surface wear, or structural issues
- The customer accepts normal risks associated with outdoor property services, including
slippery surfaces caused by weather conditions
- Premier Curb Care is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the
property unless caused by gross negligence
