As a participant in Smoke on the Water: Pine Creek, organized by DB Adventures LLC, I hereby acknowledge
and agree that I am voluntarily participating in this event. I understand and accept the inherent risks
associated with BBQ competitions and outdoor events, including but not limited to risks of personal injury,
property damage, health risks, environmental hazards, and loss. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold
harmless DB Adventures LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims,
demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event. I
also agree to assume full responsibility for any and all costs, damages, or losses that I may incur as a result
of my participation in the event. I understand that this release of liability and indemnification agreement
applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. By participating in Smoke on the
Water: Pine Creek, you consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the
event for future marketing and promotional purposes by DB Adventures LLC and KC101fm – Hometown
Country. These materials may be used in various publications, websites, social media platforms, and other
promotional materials associated with DB Adventures LLC and its events. If you have concerns about your
image or likeness being used in this manner, please contact us at [email protected] to
discuss further. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of
this agreement, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions.
