Vendor Rules and Terms of Agreement
This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing
participation as a vendor/exhibitor in the Awakened Lifestyle Expo on December 7, 2025, in
Costa Mesa, CA, produced by Awakened Magazine (the “Event Producer”). By submitting
payment for exhibit space, the vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to be bound by the following terms:
1. Booth Reservation and Payment
1.1. Booth reservations are not guaranteed until full payment is received. All exhibit space fees
are non-refundable.
1.2. The Event Producer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any Vendor
application. In such cases, any fees paid shall be refunded in full.
1.3. This Agreement is non-cancelable and non-transferable unless mutually agreed upon in
writing by both the Vendor and the Event Producer.
2. Booth Assignment and Use
2.1. Booth locations will be assigned by the Event Producer at its sole discretion.
2.2. Vendors may not sublet, share, or assign their booth space without prior written approval of
the Event Producer.
2.3. Booths may only be used for the purpose stated in the Vendor application.
3. Booth Package and Services
3.1. Each booth includes the furnishings and services specified for the booth type selected by
the Vendor at the time of registration. Details of booth sizes, furnishings, and available upgrades
are provided in the Vendor Application.
