You start your journey as a British soldier in the searing heat of
the hottest desert on earth just before the outbreak of WW2.
As an archaeologist in your free time you’re due to meet with
friends to explore some ruins rumoured to have been found
during WW1. But your plans are turned upside down when your
vehicle and all your electrical equipment malfunctions.
You’ve never heard of an EMP before so you assume it must be
because of the sandstorm rolling in and you make your way
towards shelter. But the storm comes through much faster
than you anticipate and it’s not like any storm you’ve seen
before, it has electrical discharges similar to lighting yet it isn’t.
You start to feel strange and through the thrones of the storm
you see buildings and architecture you don’t recognize. Your
view shifts between what you do and don’t recognize.
Cut off from your vehicle you barely make it to shelter, but your
life will never be the same again as you start to uncover the
mysteries you’ve been thrown into.

your own respective timelines.
GAME MECHANICS
ARCHANGEL
A civilian scientific research corporation
which was granted a government contract
to oversee Operation Mirage to find out
what’s causing the anomalies in the desert.
NAZIS
Self explanatory, although from the 19040's
they become aware of the strange
anomalies in the desert which of course,
they want to gain control of it to use it for
their own evil intents. They believe they can
alter history to make the outcome more
favorable to them.
FACTIONS

The game has several factions within it’s
world some of which are undecided. But
each have their own motivations and
political alliances which may be good or
bad and your decisions
Leads to comedic interactions as
they not only struggle living in
eachothers bodies, but with the
huge cultural differences in
eachothers times too.
Quantum shifting - Jumping between two
characters in two timelines as a result of
their shared experiences.
Mirage Ability - Alters enemy perception to allow player to
move around restricted areas if they don’t get too close or
appear as one of the enemy. Has exceptions and limitations
Exploration & Puzzles to be solved utilizing the various
quantum elements of the game.
Each character develops their own unique abilities which
work only when in proximity of the anomaly zone.
Hazardous exploration areas with extreme quantum shifting
categorized by QV, or Quantum Variance. A level designating
the severity of shifting experienced. Clearing these areas are
inherently linked to solving the mystery and progressing the
story.
