I led the design vision in multifunctional squads,
covering unassisted and assisted channels. I collabo-
rated with designers and stakeholders across the busi-
ness to dene the IA for BT, EE, and Plusnet.
I coordinated with the technology department on
design system for the agent’s platform and worked on
conversational application involving AI.
As Senior Product Designer I worked for Orange
XDLab, Ovo Energy and Samknows where I lead end
-to- end project from research and discovery to high
delit prototpe.
I contracted for a year covering multiple design roles
within different multi-functional teams. This gave me the
eiilit to collaorate ith different teas for
different proects, including designing the Eoo store
for the Independent, designing the rand ne esite
for Eland ale, and uilding the esign ste.
Working within the marketing and design team, lease
with creative director, technology, business analyst and
buyers, I was responsible for designing and
maintaining the e-commerce platforms, web, and
applications for Burton Menswear aligned with
customers propositions and costumers responses.

I was the only product designer for Nowtel.
I delivered digital products, online  ofine capaigns,
and social edia assets. I ored ith developers and
softare engineers to design the entire Tal oe App
platfor and support all the optiiation according to
business needs.
