I hereby assume all risk, waive, release and discharge any and all claims of damages

for death, illness, personal injury or property loss which I may have, or which may

hereafter accrue to me against Dance And Bmore Inc or Dance And Bmore Programs,

their directors, officers, employees and agents and their local affiliates, other

sponsors, promoters, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents,

arising out of or in connection with my participation in Dance And Bmore Programs. I

agree that this waiver release and assumption of risks are to be binding on my heirs

and assigns.
