Transition Assessments
Students benet from access to a comprehensive
selection of assessments designed to assist the
IEP Team in identifying the student’s strengths and
areas of need to ensure well dened and meaningful
IEP development, support, and transition related
programming.
Adult Planning
The BORO Program oers individualized support to
students and/or guardians by establishing contact
and access to the various adult service state agencies,
resources, and/or college campus resources in
order for support and services to be accessed after
completion of educational services.
