Add on our WINTER POOL MAINTENANCE SERVICE
• Remove Debris & Water from Cover
• Inspect/adjust cover pump, anchors, cable, winch, water bags, etc.
• Inspect equipment for potential winter damage
Two Visits in the Offseason (Your Choice - Recommended for December and February) + $250
Four Visits in the Offseason (December, January, February, March) + $480 (Includes Stain & Scale added at third visit to help protect pool nish.)
*Includes up to one hour per visit. Travel surcharge will apply to customers located over 30 miles.
Customer’s Responsibilities
● Make sure water is clear and balanced.
● Lower Water Level Below Skimmer(s)(unless you’ve selected our Full Closing
w/Vacuum, Water Lowering or have a Winterizing Plate(s) to Cover Skimmer(s)).
● If we have to lower the water level you will be either charged a return trip fee or
the Lower Water Level Charge.
● Clear access to pool area. (A return trip will be charged if we’re unable to enter yard or complete service.)
● Access to electrical outlet and water source.
● Have cover, plugs, clips, water bags and anything else needed poolside.
● Plugs, Cables, Winches, Water bags - Technicians replace at their discretion, this
is for the protection of your pool, plumbing and/or equipment.
● Payment due at time of service for any replacement parts or equipment.
● Storage of equipment/parts removed from pool or equipment. Landi Pool
Service will leave everything poolside.
● Clear water and debris from cover while pool is winterized.
● Payment for additional visits at current rate.
*Vacuuming includes up to 30 minutes. Any additional time will
require a return trip**.
**A Return Trip is Service Charge at current rates.
If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at time of service due
to customer unpreparedness, a $90 trip fee will be incurred.
Please Note: With this agreement, the customer acknowledges that
Landi Pool Service is providing a service only. THIS AGREEMENT
DOES NOT CARRY ANY WARRANTY AGAINST FREEZE DAMAGE TO
POOL, POOL EQUIPMENT, UNDERGROUND LINES, OR WATER
CLARITY.
Full payment is required prior to service. Payment can be made by
cash or check prior to service. However, we do require a valid credit
card on le prior to any service work performed. A Billing Fee, along
with Monthly Finance Charges will apply to any outstanding balance.
