This service includes the following:
• Prepare pump and lter for use, turn on, test if water is at
operational level. (A return trip** will be required to complete this if
the water level is not up to operational level.)
• Unplug Line(s)/Skimmer(s) (Reverse Winterizing Process)
• Reinsert Ladder(s) and/or Handrail(s)
• Initial Shock Treatment
• Startup Heater (if applicable) - (If heater doesn’t re a return trip**
may be required.)
• Add Tablets to Feeder (if bucket is left by feeder)
• Add DE to lter (if applicable)

Customer’s Responsibilities
● Clear access to the pool area. (A trip fee will be charged if we’re unable to enter the yard or complete service.)
● Pool cover must be clear of water & debris at time of pool opening. (If you require us to remove water and/or
debris from cover an hourly rate will apply. Proper notice must be given to avoid rescheduling your appointment,
along with a return trip fee.)
● Access to electrical outlet and water source.
● Water Level must be kept at operational level, at least halfway up the skimmer(s). Fill higher if we’re vacuuming
the pool.
● If you’re selecting our vacuuming service(as part of our Full Opening w/Cleaning Package) we may schedule to
have the pool vacuumed 24-48 hours after the pool is opened at our discretion.
● Have ladders, handrails, return ttings, skimmer baskets and bag for cover left poolside.
● Water Chemistry - Testing and balancing water is not part of the opening.
● Water Clarity cannot be guaranteed at the time of the opening. Filter System must circulate along with testing &
balancing water.
● Set timers - Check to make sure your timers are set up to your liking.
● Repairs and/or Automation programming is not part of the Pool Opening.
● Payment due at time of service for any replacement parts or equipment.
● Payment for additional visits at current rate.
● Store winterizing supplies in a safe place, Landi Pool Service is not responsible for these items.
*Water level must be up above past
operational level for us to vacuum.
Vacuuming includes up to 30 minutes. Any
additional time will require a return trip**.
**A Return Trip is Service Charge at current
rates.
If the appointment is canceled or
rescheduled at time of service due to
customer unpreparedness, a $90 trip fee will
be incurred.
Full payment is required prior to service.
Payment can be made by cash or check
prior to service. However, we do require a
valid credit card on le prior to any service
work performed. A Billing Fee, along with
Monthly Finance Charges will apply to any
outstanding balance.
