2025 Pool Maintenance Agreement
One weekly service consists of the following:
• Test and add necessary chemicals to
balance water
• Add Sanitizer & Shock as applicable
• Empty all baskets of debris
• Backwash/Clean lter as necessary
• Remove any debris from the pool at
time of service
• Review equipment for potential issues

*Balancing chemicals(Alkalinity, Calcium, pH Up or Down), Sanitizer (Bromine/Chlorine), Salt (excluding initial dosage) & metal sequesters will be inclusive with
this contract. Any chemicals required that are not listed above are to be billed separately. This includes but is not limited to chemicals used to clear preexisting
water conditions, chlorine/bromine locks, phosphate treatments, yellow/black/pink algae, and/or any specialty treatment required.
**Landi Pool Service cannot guarantee the clarity of the pool water at opening. A warmer winter may result in more than normal algae growth. *Initial clean up of
Pool will be charged based on time and materials used.
The above packages are for consecutive weeks of service and include Opening & Closing. Services to commence the rst week after the pool is opened and end
the week before the pool is closed. Payments are set as 5 monthly payments for 20 weeks, 4 monthly payments for 16 Weeks and 3 monthly payments for 12
weeks. Payments are due on the rst of each month. Packages can be extended at the end of the season, please contact our oce for details. Pricing subject to
evaluation of pool info, pictures and in some cases a site evaluation. Prices valid within 20 miles of Vineland Retail Store, an out-of-area fee will apply. Applicable
tax will be added.

Customer’s Responsibilities
● Clear access to pool area. (A trip fee will be charged if we’re unable to enter yard or complete service.)
● Pool cover must be clear of water & debris at time of pool opening. (If you require us to remove water
and/or debris from cover an hourly rate will apply. Proper notice must be given to avoid rescheduling
your appointment, along with a return trip fee.)
● Access to electrical outlet and water source.
● Water Level must be kept at least halfway up the skimmer(s). If a return trip is required because the
water level was low, a trip fee of $90 plus tax will be charged.
● Payment due at time of service for any replacement parts or equipment.
● Payment for additional visits at current rate.
