Cancellations within 7 days of Initial Deposit payment receive a full refund; after 7 days, the Initial Deposit
payment is nonrefundable. This deposit reserves your spot on the chosen trip and may be applied toward
your trip package if you proceed. In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains nonrefundable.
This agreement is separate from the Participation Agreement, which will be outlined in the Trip Contract.
Failure to sign and return the Trip Contract does not alter the nonrefundable status of this deposit. This
agreement does not guarantee specific services—full details will be provided in the Trip Contract.
Please do not book flights until you receive written confirmation from us that your trip is confirmed. We
are not responsible for travel arrangements made prior to confirmation.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled trip, you may choose to postpone your Initial Deposit and apply
it to a future trip within one (1) year of the original departure date. Alternatively, you may request to transfer
your Initial Deposit credit to another person, subject to our approval, by submitting the request in writing no
later than 60 days before the original departure date.
