Please apply through an oce local to the families you are serving; you may apply to more
than one oce if the area you serve encompasses multiple oces.
The Windermere Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created by Windermere Real Estate for the purpose
of raising and distributing funds to support low-income and homeless assistance programs for families throughout the
Western U.S.

SPONSORSHIP AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES ARE NOT
ELIGIBLE FOR WINDERMERE FOUNDATION FUNDS.
SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS THAT ASSIST LOW-
INCOME AND HOMELESS FAMILIES MAY APPLY FOR A
GRANT THROUGH A LOCAL WINDERMERE OFFICE.

Oce”, then enter your ZIP code. Oces local to
your project will populate based on your ZIP code.
Each oce has a Foundation Representative who will
receive and review your application. Please contact
the oce for the name of their current Foundation
Representative. It’s at the discretion of each oce or
group as to which programs (applications) they would
like to support with their Foundation funds.
Deadlines are determined at the local level, so please
contact your local Windermere oce/rep and ask if
they have any deadlines for applying.
Grant amounts vary depending on the oce you
are applying through. In 2019 the average grant
awarded was $3,148.
