HOW TO ATTEND YOUR ONLINE MEDIATION
To attend your the mediation remotely by online video on a computer (preferred) or smartphone,
all participants should follow these simple steps, especially noting the red sections:
1. Ensure Zoom is already downloaded to your device (visit Zoom.us/support/download to
download).
2. Visit InstantMediations.com.
3. Click Start Mediation to enter the Join portal.
4. Click Join and enter your 9-digit Mediation Meeting ID: _________
5. Enter your Password: __________ to enter the Waiting Room and wait to be admitted by the
mediator.
6. Alternatively, you may get to the Join portal directly by visiting
____________________________________ and entering your password.
