Trial Period Agreement
between Incsub, LLC, t/a CampusPress & Cardiff University (JOMEC)
CampusPress is pleased to offer your institution a pilot network, for a trial period, to explore our
WordPress Multisite hosting and support services.
1. The trial period is set for a maximum of one (1) month (the “Trial Period”), from the date
this Agreement is signed, giving you ample time to assess our platform's compatibility with
your site needs.
2. The pilot network is provided at no cost during the Trial Period, and with no obligation to
continue to use our services once the Trial Period ends.
3. Should you decide not to accept our quote or service agreement, the network will be
suspended within seventy-two (72) hours of your notice to decline, and all hosted data will
be deleted within three (3) months of the suspension.
4. You will have full access to all features, as if you were a paying client, except specific
limitations mentioned below.
5. You may create unlimited sites, add unlimited users, and use unlimited storage for the
duration of your Trial Period.
6. Access to technical support will be provided for any Super Admin inquiries, or requests you
might have. All support requests must be emailed to [email protected].
7. We offer the option to activate SSO on your network. For more details, please visit:

8. We can set up a repository for the installation of custom themes and plugins with access
provided, on request. Note that all custom code must meet our Code Guidelines:
https://campuspress.com/docs/developers/#code-guidelines . We reserve the right to limit
the installation of specific plugins/themes during the pilot; we will notify you if any are
restrictions.
