SERVICE CONTINUITY AGREEMENT FOR GUERNSEY GRAMMAR SCHOOL

Dear Guernsey Grammar School Team,
We would like to formally outline the service continuity agreement between Incsub, LLC and Guernsey
Grammar School as follows:
CampusPress is pleased to offer you a 6-month extension, free of charge, starting from March 2024 and
extending through August 2024. This extension will provide ample time for you to reassess your network
needs and explore alternative providers, if necessary.
At the completion of the 6-month extension, should you require additional time to host your network with
CampusPress while you continue evaluating your best course of action, the subsequent period will be subject
to the following terms:
Starting September 2024, there will be a month-to-month subscription fee as outlined below:
● US$500 a month if paid month over month
● US$400 a month if paid for an entire quarter, totalling US$1,200, payable upfront.
We believe that this arrangement provides flexibility and allows you to make an informed decision while
ensuring a smooth transition if required.
