ABSTRACT
Background: This paper explores the consequences of unification of technology and
education. The paper also presents the estimate of preparedness of the beneficiaries for
adaption of the Customer relationship management phenomenon in management education
institutions.
Methods: The research methodology used was primary in nature. Descriptive research
design has been made use of with the review of literature. The research was conducted
among 103 academicians of UG and PG Management Colleges of South Gujarat Region
through questionnaires. This questionnaire measures awareness, perceptions and complexity
in inclination of CRM in Management Education institutions.
