[1] ABSTRACT:
Construction sector has huge labour force as human recourse. We should study about
health aspect of labour in construction sector because of there are maximum chances of
influences to health. The work of construction labour remains very risky for the heath of
them. Health aspects includes like about types of disease and its treatment, work conditions,
effect of work on health etc. We should analyze to health condition of the labour as a part of
health of human resource. By this analysis we can get conclusion and solutions about main
and basic health problems of the labour. They are doing deferent types of works like job as
mason, welder, canting worker, stone mason, slab maker, fabricator, carpenter etc. This kind
of job work obviously negatively affect to the health of labours. Moreover, the nature
conditions which are running during the job affects to the health also, like raining, heavy
temperature or heavy cold atmosphere, dusty location etc. that’s why I have survey of 400
labours of construction sector in 2017 in surat city and kamrej taluka. I am trying to analyze
by primary data here the health aspect of construction labour analysis.
