Abstract:
Based on the sample study we can predict and generalize the behaviour of mass events. This
is possible because there is no statistical population whose elements differ from each other
without limits.
In this paper I have tried to develop a method of selecting a random sample by merging it
into sampling methods like random sampling table and lottery method

1. INTRODUCTION:
Based on the sample study we can predict and generalize the behavior of mass events. This is
possible because there is no statistical population whose elements differ from each other
without limits. To answer research questions, it is doubtful that the researcher should be able
