Abstract:The quality of jobs and different opportunities worldwide are impacted due to
sudden change of following the social distancing norms and government’s conscription for
not assembling in the groups to stop the spread of deadly virus called as “Black Swan of
2020” The job market in the year 2020 and in early 2021 would be challenging due to erratic
situation and the organisations are facing high speculations. The fresh graduating students in
the year 2020 are vacillating in relation to their job prospects and are on the horns of a
dilemma looking at the COVID-19 situation. This research paper tries to understand the
management student’s perspective in their job aspects and their preparedness for the
situation, whether they will accept different job roles irrespective of their clear goals and
