[1] ABSTRACT:
The one of the main and basic economic problem of our country is the
“unemployment”. Even every developing country faces this problem during the development.
Construction sector has big human resource and it can create employment more than
expectation. The construction sector is the one of the growing sector in India. Construction
sector’s huge part is unorganized, that’s why it creates higher employment in India.
Construction sector has most importance as affecting sector to the employment, growth rate,
development etc. However, there is remained limitation for the development of this sector.
We should do proper study to know the basic importance and problems of this industry. We
can get answer by study of this sector that how can improve the employment condition in the
country. This sector can provide more employment than the recent employment. I am trying
here to know importance of construction sector in the employment creation in India with
optimum data.

We should aware about employment status of construction sector in India. This sector
can provide more employment than the recent employment. India needs the fastest
