ABSTRACT:
Digital color image blind watermarking technique is proposed in this paper. The watermark
is generated based on the content of original image. Watermark is embedded within one of
color planes i.e. Red, Green or Blue using DWT and QIM methods. The same algorithm is
tested with each color plane one by one to check the performance of each plane with
embedment and extraction process. PSNR, NCC and BER are used as performance
measurement. As per the results, it is found that watermark is embedded with any of the
plane then the outcomes are acceptable. It is also observed that as per the imperceptibility
and robustness parameters, Blue color plane gives slight better performance than other two
planes.

1. INTRODUCTION:
Electronic security challenges are there for digital documents on internet like copyright
