ABSTRACT
In this age of internet number of internet users growing faster and faster specially in youth.
This situation provides golden opportunities for e-commerce shopping. If e-retailers are
know how to attract customers through e-commerce they can articulate their business
strategies to change possible customers into the loyal ones and keep existing customers. This
research paper will call attention on elements which young customers retaining in mind while
e-shopping of food items and clothing items. Also this study draw companies focus to their
traditional style of business for changing it into e-business. Companies can build their
websites or applications for sale their products online by most favorable and decent way of
