Abstract
Training is an orderly method to improve the performance of employees, and it gives a
connection between work prerequisites and the present place of employment particular of the
representatives. Training requires time, vitality, and cash. Organization must search for the
necessities to assess training programs. The aim of this research is to assessing training
effectiveness for integrating Information Communication technology (ICT) to perform
organizational tasks in the state of Gujarat. For this study Descriptive research Design has
been utilized and data was gathered from 215 small and medium scale organizations from the
Gujarat through non probabilistic convenience sampling technique by online Survey. Present
research provided the proper insight of Training program Integrating Information
Communication technology (ICT) to perform organizational tasks. Training program was
considered as a Part of organisational Strategy by the majority of Organizations. The major
issues faced by the organizations while conducting training program, Satisfaction level of
learners and time required implementing training program were investigated. The suggested
outcome of this study helps organization to improve effectiveness of their Training program.
