Abstract
Best Quality of work life is vital for an association to draw in and to hold gifted and skilled
representatives. So as to get by in the serious market due to Liberalization, Privatization and
Globalization and to limit the whittling down pace of workers the Quality of Work Life
(QWL) activities are significant. QWL includes wide assortment of segments that are
