How to protect video content?

temporary right to use the video. It is important in the contract to identify the object to
which the rights are transferred.
 If you use objects that do not belong to you when creating the video (music, graphics,
etc.), you must definitely sign a license agreement with the copyright holder, indicating
how you can use the rights received.
 If you conclude all of the above agreements, you will receive the necessary amount of
rights to use video content and the potential protection of rights to it.
What violations in this area are most common?
Case 1: Your video has been redesigned.
One of the options for violation of rights is illegal video processing. Suppose fragments of your
video were used as part of another work. If you did not give direct written permission for this,
these actions are illegal.
Case number 2: Your video was posted without your consent
If your video was posted without reference to the author, this video can be copied and used,
including for commercial purposes, this is a violation.
Case 3: Stole the Idea
Suppose you shot your video, but used someone else's idea. In this case, it is impossible to
recognize that exclusive rights have been violated - the new video has been created.
